JR Guerrieri

Salvatore (‘JR’) has over 30 years experience building and growing startup companies with more than US$50MM in successful exits. He has served as a director on a diverse range of boards, including a former board position for the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He founded Acolyte Industries Inc. in 1996 and grew the company into an award-winning global manufacturer of LED lighting solutions. An avid angel investor, seed investor and advisor for tech, finance and e-commerce startups in China and the United States, JR co-founded Nynja with Alec Gramont and Marshall Taplits in 2016.

Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycles for companies from inception, MVP, pre- and post-launch as well as high growth and publicly held companies. Adept as solving real world engineering problems and building high performing teams from zero to 300 engineers. Hands-on approach to architecting, designing and engineering solutions that meet all requirements for companies large and small includipre- and post-launchng many Fortune 500 companies.

Jim Berkman

Jim is a data-driven GTM growth expert who has led sales and marketing teams from bootstrap startups to F50 companies. For the past twenty years, he has grown hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, including a successful IPO for Gigamon (GIMO:NYSE), product marketing at Cisco, an M&A exit for Telos Network, and has helped dozens of others as an advisor, board member, entrepreneur-in-residence at Google Launchpad/GSVLabs, and as a GTM advisor for the New Zealand Government’s Trade & Economic Development Department (NZTE). Jim holds an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, in Malibu, CA.

Nikolay is an experienced software architect and engineering lead with a proven track record of multiple successfully launched products. He has a strong orientation on mobile application development with hands-on management skills and extensive knowledge of all major mobile and desktop platforms.

Todd Benoliel

Todd is an entrepreneur and investor based in Australia. He founded ZORG Industries in 1998, which became a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced slow-maneuvering safety solutions, supplying some of the largest distributors and car manufacturers in both the aftermarket and ODM/OEM markets. Prior to ZORG, Todd founded RBuzz, a management services provider for media management and monitoring services for display screen networks.
